Fresh Pineapple Ring (1in thick)
1/4 Cup of Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Pineapple Juice
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
Pre-Heat Grill for medium high heat and place pineapple ring for 4-8 minutes (or until lightly charred). Cut pineapple into 6 chunks.
Muddle together 5 pineapple chunks, lime juice, pineapple juice, and nectar in shaker.
Rub lime wedge along rim of glass and dip into lime zest and salt. Add ice.
Add tequila and ice into shaker, shake well, and pour into glass. Garnish with pineapple. Serve it up!
