About the Recipe
2 Cups of Sugar
12 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme (add extra for garnish)
4 Cups of Lemon Juice
2 Cup of Vodka
In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water with the sugar and thyme and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Pour mixture through a strainer into a measuring cup and discard thyme. Cover with plastic and chill.
In a pitcher, stir together lemon juice, vodka, and chilled syrup. Garnish with thyme. Serve it up!
