Ingredients
Prosecco
Simple Syrup
1 Cup of Honey
2 Pears Diced
Diced Ginger
Fresh Sage Leaves (garnish as well)
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, bring honey and water to a boil over medium/low heat until honey is dissolved.
Step 2
Add pears, ginger, and sage leaves to mixture and stir occasionally until the mixture is reduced by 1/3.
Step 3
Remove from heat and steep mixture for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Strain mixture into a container and discard sage leaves.
Step 5
In a glass, add cooked pears, 2 tbsps of simple syrup, and add Prosecco. Serve it up!
